The new “Grupo de Apoyo para una Muerte Asistada Digna en Uruguay” (M.A.D.U.) went public and there is a bill in Uruguay’s Parliament to legalise medically assisted suicide and voluntary euthanasia, presented by senator Ope Pasquet.
